Details on AMD Bulldozer: Opterons to Feature Configurable TDP

AnandTech diggs up some more details about the new AMD Bulldozer Opterons which will launch shortly. They build in a feature which make those Opterons TDP (thermal design power) user configurable which is a godsend in many datacenters with limited power and cooling. And one of the sparse opportunities to combat with Intel's high performance server cpu's. It makes those new Bulldozer editions more interesting then they were until now. Although I still doubt AMD will really able to compete with Intel's market domination.
